What do you think about this? Should I try to alter the plan or should I continue to go by the book? Would it be fair to make any alterations to it or is the only way to get an idea of what a diet is like -- and its results -- to follow it just as directed?
I am nearing the end of my first month and will be deciding on staying on a second month and this idea may sway me one way or the other!
